**Return and Refund Policy**
1. **Returns:**
- We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.
- To be eligible for a return, fabrics must be unused, uncut, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at mgplusbd@gmaiil.com to obtain a Return Authorization 01970167861 number.
- Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on the part of Mg Plus.
2. **Refunds:**
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 days to the original method of payment.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds are issued for the cost of the returned items minus any applicable restocking fees.
- Refunds for orders paid via credit card may take additional time to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
3. **Exchanges:**
- We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, color, or size, please initiate a return for the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.
4. **Damaged or Defective Items:**
- In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos and a description of the issue.
- We will work with you to provide a replacement or issue a refund for the damaged or defective item, including any associated shipping costs.
5. **Non-Returnable Items:**
- Custom orders, clearance items, and fabrics sold by the yard are not eligible for return or refund unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt.
